These terms apply whenever you use ediners.com. Please read them before you play. If you do not agree, please do not use Ediners.

1. About Ediners

Ediners is operated by Yatimov Media Ltd, Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). It is a free-to-play social casino games website that offers original slot-style, card, dice, keno and instant games for entertainment purposes only. Ediners is not a gambling service: there is no real money play, no stake of money, nothing to buy and nothing of monetary value to receive. You can contact us at hello@ediners.com.

2. Who can use Ediners

  • You must be 18 or over. We ask every visitor to confirm their age, and we ask for a date of birth when you create an account.
  • Ediners is intended for people who live in the United Kingdom.
  • Please do not use Ediners if you have excluded yourself from gambling or gaming, or if playing games of chance causes you problems. Our safer gambling page lists free support.

3. Neon Tokens

Neon Tokens are the play currency of Ediners. They are given to members free of charge: as welcome tokens, as rewards from The Counter and as level and Punch Card rewards. Neon Tokens:

  • cannot be bought — there are no in-app purchases of any kind;
  • have no cash value and are not money, e-money or property;
  • cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes of monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn;
  • cannot be sold, transferred or gifted to anyone else.

Playing or success in social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

4. Demo mode

Visitors without an account can play every game in demo mode using practice credits. Demo progress is not saved anywhere and resets when you leave the page. Practice credits have no value of any kind.

5. Your account

Your account is created and stored in the browser on the device you use to join. That means:

  • you are responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe;
  • we cannot see, restore or move your account, and clearing your browser's site data deletes it;
  • you may hold one account per person; please do not create accounts for anyone else;
  • you can delete your account at any time from your account page.

6. The games

Every game on Ediners is our own. Results are produced by your browser's cryptographic random number generator and are decided before any animation begins. The rules and what each result pays are shown on every game page and on our fair play page. If a fault affects a round, that round is void and any tokens it used are restored where possible.

7. Rewards and the Punch Club

The Counter, levels, Order Tickets, Punch Cards and Punch Club tiers are free features for members. Rewards are always Neon Tokens. We may adjust amounts, rest periods and features to keep the site balanced; changes never take away tokens already in your balance.

8. Safer play

You can set play reminders and take a break from your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. A break cannot be ended early on that device. If you feel you need a longer break from gambling and gaming, please use the organisations listed on our safer gambling page.

9. Fair use

  • Do not use bots, scripts or tools to automate play or to change game results or balances.
  • Do not try to break, overload or probe the site's security, or misuse the contact form.
  • Do not use Ediners for anything unlawful, or to advertise or link to gambling services.

10. Our content

The games, artwork, text, design and code of Ediners belong to Ediners or are used with permission. You may use the site for your own personal entertainment; please do not copy, resell or republish its content.

11. Liability

Ediners is provided free of charge and as available. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Because nothing on Ediners has monetary value, no loss of tokens, levels or progress can amount to a financial loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing any rights you have as a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
